Management of atopic dermatitis in routine clinical practice

Aim: to assess the efficacy and safety of Admera cream, a cosmetic skin solution for atopic dermatitis (AD). Patients Methods: this open-label, prospective, observational study enrolled 32 patients aged 3–27 (mean age 14.6±2.4 years) with mild- to-moderate AD. were followed up in outpatient settings over 1 month. Disease severity was evaluated based on SCORAD index. Xerosis assessed using visual analogue scale (VAS). A ≥25% reduction index considered significant effect. cream applied at least once daily. examined baseline (screening), days (visit 1), 14±1 2), 28±2 3). Treatment satisfaction self-assessed 5-point Likert scale. score 5 illustrates high treatment satisfaction. Results: mean 28.4±7.1 visit significantly decreased 18.2±9.2 after 28 (p<0.001). The VAS 5.0±1.0 baseline, 3.5±1.1 14 days, 2.8±1.4 4.5±0.3 mild AD 3.7±0.1 moderate Among participants, 21 (65.6%) rated as "excellent,” 10 (31.2%) "good,” patient (3.1%) "satisfactory.” No adverse events reported.
